Orders and Shipping

As long as you live on Earth, we can ship to you!
For outside of Australia, your shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We use Australia Post as our shipping provider so if your address is not showing as available there could be a provider restriction so please reach out, and we’ll see if we can find an alternate courier to send your order through.

Import costs may apply, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by your customs.

Invoices are automatically sent to the email address that you provide during the checkout process. In order to be morre environmentally friendly we will no longer automatically include paper invoices in packages unless you tick the paper invoice tickbox at checkout.

We accept credit card , PayPal and Afterpay.

We try our best to accomodate however this may not be possible if your order has already been packed. Please send us an email with your order number and changes to hello@sweetwonderland.co
