As long as you live on Earth, we can ship to you! For outside of Australia, your shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Will I get an invoice with my order?
Invoices are automatically sent to the email address that you provide during the checkout process. In order to be morre environmentally friendly we will no longer automatically include paper invoices in packages unless you tick the paper invoice tickbox at checkout.
Are you able to order/stock a certain product?
Sure! We are always looking for new products to stock. Please email us at hello@sweetwonderland.co and we will see what we can do!
Can I add to an existing order?
We try our best to accomodate however this may not be possible if your order has already been packed. Please send us an email with your order number and changes to hello@sweetwonderland.co
